Q: How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased directly through our official website on the Tickets page. Please only purchase from authorized channels — third-party resales are not valid.

Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except if the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Q: Will tickets sell out?
Yes — capacity is limited. We strongly encourage purchasing tickets early to guarantee entry.

👥 Attendees

Q: Is there an age requirement?
Social Fest is an all-ages event. However, some sessions or after-hours events may be restricted to attendees 18+ or 21+(with ID required).

Q: Can I bring children?
Yes! Children under 24 Months may be admitted free with a ticketed adult. Please note that all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options through our ticketing system. Cash will not be accepted for advance ticket purchases.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
No. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if Social Fest is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.

Q: Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
No. Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket invalidation without compensation.

Q: Will there be official Social Fest merchandise?

Q: Which airport should I fly into?
The nearest airports are Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW).

Q: Will there be hotel discounts?
Yes! Partner hotels and booking information will be announced closer to the event.

Q: Is the event accessible for attendees with disabilities?
Yes. Social Fest is committed to accessibility. The venue will comply with ADA standards, and accessibility services will be available upon request.

Q: Will bags be checked?
